• Cancellation by User:
  • You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling:
  • You may reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost if done at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Subsequent reschedules or late requests will incur a rescheduling fee (if applicable).
• No-Show Policy:
  • If you miss your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

• Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Recordings):
  • Due to the nature of downloadable content, no refund will be provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• Live Webinars or Workshops:
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Online Courses:
  • If you are unsatisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content.
