I am 68 yrs. Maintain all these 10 steps from my childhood, but weight of my prostate increased to 38 at present. Hope it will not increase more as l walk regularly for more than 3 kms in the morning, do exercise and hv very very simplest lifestyle, no junk and fast food, not at all any addiction.
