1. Consultation Appointments
- Cancellation by User:
- You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost if done at least 12 hours in advance.
- Subsequent reschedules or late requests will incur a rescheduling fee (if applicable).
- No-Show Policy:
- If you miss your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Courses, Webinars & Digital Products
- Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Recordings):
- Due to the nature of downloadable content, no refund will be provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- Live Webinars or Workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Online Courses:
- If you are unsatisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content.
- Refunds are not applicable if course access exceeds 20% or if completion certificates have been issued.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a product or service:
- Please notify us within 24 hours at support@drpratim.com with relevant details.
- We will make every effort to resolve the issue or offer a refund if access remains unsuccessful.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment gateway are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Dr. Pratim / Site Administrator
- In rare cases, we may need to cancel a consultation, course, or event due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided at no extra cost.
